excellent location and quiet rooms!
double glazed windows easy access
our one-bedroom apartment had double glazed windows. this made it quiet, even though the street was busy. moorgate and liverpool street underground stations had excellent access. this meant easy access from heathrow via the elizabeth line.

washer dryer kitchen facilities easy help humming noise ac problem night frustration
I found the location great. It was good sized considering most rooms are tiny. It was great I had a washer, dryer, and kitchen facilities. Even if there wasn't anyone on site to support me through the stay, I could easily get help through the provided WhatsApp number.
There was a constant humming noise. I think it came from the AC in the riser cupboard and it didn't stop. This was quite frustrating especially at night. I am unsure if I would stay again because of this problem.

Charming Stay in the City
full-sized fridge excellent location extra towels
The apartment matched picture. It was a good start. A full sized fridge and a dishwasher made things simple. Extra towels and loo rolls were stored in the foyer for our convenience. The location was excellent, close to tube stations.
The code didn't work upon arrival, and took twenty minutes on the phone to resolve. The beds lack comfort. The decor felt a little cheap. Air conditioning did not work.

The hotel is close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line. It offers easy access to Heathrow. Several shops, pubs, and coffee shops are nearby. Many businesses close on Sunday because this location is in a business district.

Personnel replied on time via virtual channels, very helpful for managing needs. Customer support resolved check-in process hiccups through a call. The staff seems capable, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving problems effectively.
